Refund policy

Due to the nature of our wigs which are custom made, returns is not possible. All other products are subject to return.

Please inspect your item(s) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong items so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution. Ensure you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can only make a return up to 14 days. We would not accept any returns request after 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused with tags, in the case of wigs, lace uncut, not tinted or bleached. They must be in it's original packaging. We apologise, but we cannot accept items that have been used or worn or altered.

To start a return, kindly email us at returns@nengrace.com. We would provide more information on where to send back to.

Once we receive your return, we would inspect your return and if everything looks good, we would issue a refund. Kindly allow up to 10 working days for funds to reach your account. If you still haven't received, kindly reach out to your bank or payment processing provider.
